Description:

We're sorry - this training is sold out!

React is a powerful JavaScript library ideal for building interactive, data-driven user interfaces, and it’s used by some of the most successful brands in the world, including Facebook, Netflix, Airbnb, and more.

The goal of this training is to provide you with the foundation of React JS including React fundamentals, componentization, life cycle, and general concepts. Through this, you'll be able to get over the "hump" and continue your journey on learning React

Prerequisites:

We expect the attendees to be familiar with basic JavaScript concepts, and maybe have some experience with jQuery or similar frameworks.

About the instructor:

John Tucker is a software developer for a number of Gainesville area startup organizations, including his own digital signage company. His recent focus has been on all things JavaScript; specifically, React + Redux on the front-end and Node.js + Express on the back-end. He is an active technology writer for a number of online publications available through Medium. With the growing interest in React + Redux, he has also had the opportunity to conduct numerous training session on it (including last year at Florida Drupalcamp 2017).
